Our Wellington Boutique is looking for a great new member to join our team where motivation, fun and  excitement are a top priority for staff and for customers!

A KILTie needs to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be a Retail and Styling superstar
  • Thorough understanding of all stock items
  • Personal planning skills
  • Numerical and computer skills
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.

To be a KILT Boutique Manager, you need to have:

  • Proven leadership capability, ideally in the retail/service sector
  • The ability to lead a high performing, focussed retail team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of retail processes
  • Thorough understanding of all stock items and the background of and key success principles of Kilt
  • Proven team planning skills
  • Personal planning skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Numerical and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The personal attributes for this position are:

  • Friendly and genuine disposition toward people and all curve balls that come their way
  • High standards of personal presentation/image
  • Track record of success in previous roles

To apply for the Part Time Retail Stylist position and are available to work both weekdays and weekends, then pop in to our Boutique with your CV and a Cover Letter and introduce yourself to the Manager. The hours can vary from 10 hours to 25 hours.

Applicants for the above positions must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
